Biography
Multi-award winning actor OC Ukeje debuts as an artist with the release of the new single « Potato Potahto » featuring Nigerian rap super star Vector.
The song is the lead track from the upcoming film « Potato Potahto », currently touring the world at international film festivals. The world premiere at Cannes Film Festival in France was the starting point for a series of selections and nominations from over 10 different film festivals.
Widely recognized as Nigeria’s most promising actor, OC joined the entertainment scene in 2006 after winning a Box Office reality TV show for actors. He later trained at the New York Film Academy.
OC concentrated mainly on singing before beginning to act, but his successful film career took over and his career as an artist was put on hold until now with the release of his debut single.
OC Ukeje has received several prestigious Best Actor Awards including the IARA International Achievement Recognition Awards 2017, Africa Movie Academy Award, Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Award, Nigerian Entertainment Award, Best Of Nollywood Award and other prestigious awards.
