Diamant Noir excels in Afro urban music. His inspiration arise from pan-African traditional music and rhythms of his Bantu culture. Dance has always been an obsession for Diamant Noir. Even as a child of six he sings and dances everywhere, despite the refusal of his parents. Artists like Usher, Papa Wemba, KoffiOlomide Francis Cabrel inspires him but big his idol is undoubtedly the King of Pop - Michael Jackson.
Inspired by traditional Bantu, Pygmy, Peul and other modern dances, Black Diamant establishes a group of hip hop dancers called « New Bantu ». They received many Awards, such as Gabao Hip-Pop contest, the MTN Award, and they host the opening ceremony of Miss Congo each year. He later joins the group of dancers and singers « Band A6 » and together they win the Africa Music Awards
2016 as « Best Revelation ». The success gives him the energy to launch his solo carrier and he releases the singles « New Ndombolo » and « Dance Fish ». The sound travels Africa and « Dance Fish » is ranked among the best songs in Benin and Togo during 2017. During the Midem Africa Tour in Congo Brazzaville, Diamant Noir’s spectacular show proves his talent in front of the African music industry. He meets up with the record company Kingstone Records and starts working with in international focus, ready to make the world dance to his afro urban sound. His recent collaboration with the acclaimed artist Mink’s will soon be available.
